ORDERING FROM TRISUS

We take pride in our prudence and efficiency. All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Placing an Order–the 5 steps
1. To place an order, just send us an email at info@trisus.com.au. Please include “Order Request” in the subject line. We’ll respond to your email within two business days.
2. Select (and let us know) the design you like from our gallery; then, we can customise the colour, fonts and round edges. Please refer to our premium and standard design fee in the pricing page.
3. Please provide the wordings for your order; however let us know if you need any assistance. After we confirm your order, we’ll require a 50% deposit for the total purchase.
4. Once we’ve received the deposit, within 3 business days, you’ll receive an online proofing colour version in a JPEG or PDF file. We’ll send you an electronic sample for your approval and make up to two revisions as necessary.
5. Cards are printed and shipped upon your approval of the electronic sample and receipt of full payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the order to be sent.
